Tom was in Bendigo yesterday and called into Bendigo Brake & Clutch, where he spoke with Dartin, the Manager and the owner’s son. Last August, he installed a Flashlube merchandiser stand with grease tubes, DOT 3–4 Brake Fluid, etc.
From his previous visit, Dartin advised that he prefers selling our 500 ml Brake Fluid over Protex (a Bapcor product). The key reasons are that Flashlube Dot 3-4 is not sold by the big players that are aggressive on price in Bendigo, he doesn’t need to heavily discount our product to compete (as Protex is widely sold in the area), and he values the DK service we provide. Since taking on our product, they have ordered 90 bottles of our DOT 3–4.
