The Flashlube Diesel Water Separator Filter's primary function is to prevent water from entering into the engine via the fuel system and causing engine component damage.
Designed and manufactured using a chemically treated paper media, it filters, repels and separates up to 95% of water out of the diesel fuel system, while collecting it into a visual and easy inspection draining bowl.
Attached to a header is a 30 Micron Pre-Filter/Water Separator Element, which contains the media to remove water & other contaminants.
